long not heard, the station Oberau, eh. It really is all great, since the rebuild. Pretty great. What you perhaps could bring order to the Ski World Cup, had the watches. Three watches with three different times, that's not really. The shown after 15 minutes on the back five minutes and the right on track 2. Ah yes, the right is the only one that is not illuminated ...

winter mountain running training tracks with Lift-exit in the Kitzbühel Alps
"Specifically, the uphill run conditional elements in promoting a low impact on bones and joints." This quote from the Wikipedia Mountain Run articles I can only confirm. Mountain races are great training sessions, especially when the downhill part replaced by an elevator ride. In the Kitzbühel Alps is run it a few cable cars to the mountain in winter run-in means.
(. The post is incomplete and may be extended as opportunity)
1) Kitzbühel - Kitzbüheler Horn (mountain house) (9.2 km, 980hm)
Every year in late summer (usually on the same day as the Ötztal Bike Marathon) held at this track with the 'Horn run' occupied a prominent mountain running. In recent years, the winner was repeatedly Jonathan Wyatt . The times of the professionals are impressive - the record of Wyatt is 55:58 - and the town center of Kitzbühel to the top of the Kitzbüheler Horn (12.9km, 1234hm). The winter in good running-in distance is 9.2 km long and has 980hm height difference. Parking is available at the parking lot of the train horn. From the entrance of the parking lot to start rising slightly to the 'Roman road' by one of the Nobel neighborhood Kitzbühel.
The first 2km run on flat fields towards St.Johann and are ideal for warm-up. The actual increase via the paved road toll to "Alpine House" . At the beginning of the slope, there is a time-measuring station (for cyclists, only in the summer operation), through which one can measure his time to the Alpine House. The slope has 10% of cases higher than here. From here is the cycling record of Thomas Rohregger at 28:24 minutes.
to the toll road (the first short flat section after about 200hm) the road will be cleared in the winter. From the toll road is closed to vehicles, but it is committed by hikers and lugers. Warning: may be closed at the top of the passage of avalanche danger - in this case, please turn back or in doubt earlier in the Mountain Kitzbuhel inquiries (telephone +43 (0) 5356 6951, Email Contact ).
In the upper track section, the panorama is the Kitzbühel Alps and the Wilder Kaiser always better. The largest slope is achieved in the so-called 'meat dumplings moat' with just over 20%. Shortly after we see but already the target - The Mountain Inn Alpine House - both a mountain station of the gondola. The house is protected from the wind is able to change clothes and something to eat and drink. The downturn is possible in winter 09:00 to 17:00.

2) Brixen - West Village - Choralm (15.7 km, 1160hm)
A great track with compared to the Kitzbüheler Horn moderate slopes starts in Brixen and Westendorf (version with 11km and 1000hm). In both places you can park at the respective cable cars, which you can then use them for the descent. Starting in Brixen one has the advantage that it was the first flat 4km warm up.
The slope starts at the base station of the gondola the West Village and has some flat pieces. With few exceptions, the slope below 10%. By the inn Schrandl (about 300hm) the road is cleared in the winter. You have to expect one or the other car. After the inn Schrandl you walk on the slope (Beware of curves!). The increase results in a wide circle halfway around the mountain. is on the last few hundred meters one is on a flat ski slopes (or Schiweg / toboggan run). Here there are no more blind turns.
caution on the downhill - there are three cable cars. The 'Alpenrosenbahn' (mountain Station (pictured right) some 100m before the other two) leads back to the car park in the west village. Gondola No. 2 - the 'Choralmbahn' - out of its base station and the direction Windautal one still has a bit of walk to the valley to the west village.
gondola No. 3 - the 'world ski train' (mountain station in the photo at right) - back out to Brixen. At the summit you are greeted by a beautiful panorama of Inntal on the Wilder Kaiser to the Hohentauern last. The ride on the gondola is normally available from 09:00 am until at least 16:15.

3) Itter - Kraftalm (6.6 km, 740hm)
from our meeting gondola Itter ('Salvistabahn') begins about 6.6 km long climb to the top of the cable car to the inn or Kraftalm. In the middle section is the steep rise uniformly to an often snow-free Aspahltstraße. The last approx 100hm puts you back on a ski slope. This part can be somewhat difficult on hard snow.
can with good intentions and the top station of the gondola in sight deal of change this section. The increase is especially appealing in the afternoon when the slope is dipped from the low sun in warm light. The ride on the gondola is from 09:00 to 16:00 until at least possible.

4) Scheffau - Söll - Bydgoszcz - Brandstadl (13.2 km, 1060hm)
A line on a nice sunny slope starts at the parking lot of the cable car Scheffau. At the beginning of a rather long, flat to slightly decreasing part is on the bike path towards Söll. Parallel to the road is the Trans Alpine buried pipeline . You can see the progress of the pipeline in late winter very well, as the snow melts earlier always above the line (in the next photo below right).
The increase starts very tame, next to a stream, the slope is initially only a few percent. Only at about 6 km, the slope starts to Bromberg (at the station of the Söll cable car). It is in wide zigzags through a beautiful sunny slope. The road is cleared up to about 1400m above sea level (valley station of the chairlift 'Südlift'). From there, you're in the ski resort.
Alternatively, we adopt the last 200hm on a toboggan run-like street or on a fairly steep downhill behind. Top of the range of the inn Brandstadl you have a great view of the Wilder Kaiser. The descent is possible from 09:00 until at least 16:00.

5) Brixen - Kandler Alm - Choralm (8.9 km, 1060hm)
A line that should not be directly chosen on the snowfall, the increase of Bressanone, on the Kandleralm to the mountain station of the 'world ski train'. The route is not completely cleared forest roads that are laufbar only by snow cats, skiers and toboggan. The training effect is similar to a Strandlau f on a beach with 10% slope. Parking available directly from the cable car.
The increase starts after a few hundred meters of asphalt on the slope with a moderate slope Kandleralm . The track is in the winter mostly in the shade - especially in the afternoon. Shortly after the inn Kandleralm there is a little tricky crossing a ski slope. Slips should be on this 50m better not, otherwise you have to repeat a few meters or supply the blue spots in the valley. A bend above to move from the toboggan run at a Schiweg with mostly good surface.
Ca. 500m, leave the Schiweg a 1.5 km long, rather flat forest road. From here you have to expect a rather deep snow-covered road, especially after fresh snow, the snow is not often a few days really tight. Once at the abandoned valley of an old lift, the summit comes into view, one should keep to the right and Ski slope change. The last 100hm are on the edge of the ski slopes most comfortable. is
Of the previously presented routes which I believe technically running the least attractive. The charms of the trail are in the relative quiet (no cars, skiers-way traffic only on short sections, tobogganing fairly rare). The view direction Kitzbühel Horn and Wilder Kaiser compensated a little. The ride on the 'world ski train' to Brixen is available from 09:00 am until at least 16:15.

Soft Mattress Arm Pain
Hundeklos for Katz
only seven meters from the hygiene bag dispenser of the first dog pile. Great, right? And later in the nursery between Fink and the next dog toilet at the sports ground of 41 turd.
This makes all 10.7 meters a pile of shit on this really beautiful walk.
I believe that money for the dog waste bag dispenser would have been somewhere otherwise invest wisely.
